How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I pick up my order if I'm local?
Currently, our shipping service is exclusively available for all orders to be delivered to your designated address. We do not offer a pick-up option at this time. However, we are diligently working towards introducing a pick-up service in the near future for your added convenience. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to enhance our offerings and provide you with a comprehensive range of delivery options.
How do I care of my hoodies?
To maintain the longevity and quality of your items, we strongly advise following our recommended care instructions. We recommend washing your apparel inside out using the COLD + DELICATES setting. Additionally, please ensure that you wash them with like colors and items to prevent any color bleeding or fabric damage. Avoid ironing directly on the designs to preserve their integrity. Lastly, please refrain from taking the apparel to a dry cleaner, as their processes may not be suitable for the specific requirements of our garments. By following these care instructions, you can enjoy your items for an extended period, showcasing their exceptional design and durability.
How do I return an item?

We would like to inform you that all items purchased from our store are considered final sale, and currently, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we kindly request that you reach out to us at info@sickbruhapparel.co.nz, providing your order number along with a detailed description of the matter. Our dedicated team will promptly assist you in resolving any concerns you may have.

Please note that all shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and strive to provide exceptional service to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Can I exchange an item? The size Isn't right for me?

To facilitate a return and/or exchange, we require your item(s) to be in unused, unworn condition, and in its original packaging (if applicable) as received within 14 days of the purchase date. Regrettably, we are unable to process returns or exchanges beyond this 14-day timeframe.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding its status, either approving or rejecting the refund. If the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process, whereby the credited amount, inclusive of applicable taxes associated with the returned item, will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 3 to 6 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Similarly, upon receipt of your exchange, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival. You will be informed of the exchange status and provided with tracking information for the exchanged item's return to you.

Kindly be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs to you are also non-refundable. If the item being shipped back to us exceeds $100 in value, we recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and cannot be held accountable in such cases. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it, kindly reach out to us promptly at info@sickbruhapparel.co.nz. We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation is necessary, and we accept order cancellations within a 24-hour window from the time of order placement. Please note that we are unable to process cancellation requests outside of this specified timeframe.
